Love yourself – Stress managment

Life is a continuous learning process and every minute of our life teaches us something or other. Every bad experience we encounter teaches us even more and helps us in discovering the gems with you. Are you one of those frustrated with your work load? Workloads can be disheartening and the stressing yourself much can actually overwhelm you. Such stress would create a negative feeling and can pull your spirits down.
According to CNN money youth now a day’s spend a large number of their hard-earned money on buying anti depressant. When I am in stress I just can’t stop singing that song “I’m just a girl who can’t say no” lolzz. I know that’s funny but believe me whenever you feel over stresses or you think it is a kind of stress that you cannot handle anymore just “RELAX”. Sit down, calm your mind and listen to a song that’s relevant to your current condition. This way your frustration would come out. It is very necessary for it to come out as the more it stays in, the more it would take away your confidence. Stress comes with work load and whenever you are stressed you actually get annoyed with yourself. Now the second important thing is to overcome this self annoying behavior. For that “GO OUT AND CHILL” this is the time when you actually need a friend. Talk to your friend about your problem and keep a day out for yourself. Have fun on that day and just forget the work.
Also one thing that is getting common these days is the mobbing at the workplace. What if the mobbing comes from the boss himself? Well to this I would say that “you are very special and highly required in a specific area of this country” do not get depressed by some stupid threats from the boss. They are normal. There is this breed of people in our country who loves showing off their power to others especially to those who are their juniors. The classic bully bosses are generally narcissistic. They have a habit of lying between their teeth and putting the blame on others. They think about every task as a rocket science. My views on this are:
NEVER LOSE FAITH IN YOUR ABILITIES. LET YOUR BOSS DISH THE BEST CRAP ABOUT YOU BUT YOU HAVE TO BE STRONG AND CONFIDENT ABOUT YOURSELF. If he has got this habit of harassing you just stop reacting to his comments.
Always remember you are not indebted to any human being in your life if someone tries and shows off that extra power just give it back to him. Love yourself and be your own favorite.
